Initially we discuss your case history and then carry out Audiological tests in our state-of-the-art test rooms. Once we have the results, if hearing aids are required, we find the best possible hearing device for your needs.

We give you maximum support regarding the aids, their care and maintenance so that you can confidently enjoy the full benefits when using them for the trial period.

Hearing aids can be fitted and taken away with you on the day but we usually require a minimum of five days between assessment and fitting. The time-line of a typical hearing aid fitting is as follows:

Hearing Aid Fitting
  1. Assessment
  2. Fitting
  3. Review and fine-tune two weeks later
  4. Second review and fine-tune two weeks later
  5. Further reviews arranged as necessary
  6. Annual reviews offered free of charge

If you do not need a hearing aid, but require information on hearing protection, tinnitus, sound sensitivity, or any other aspect of your hearing care, this will be discussed during the assessment appointment. Further hearing care management will be organised as necessary.
