Robert Mills RHAD MSHAA

Robert Mills is a Hearing Aid Audiologist and Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser. He trained in London at the NHS Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital in 1979 as an Audiology Technician and specialised in Paediatric Audiology at the NHS Nuffield Hearing & Speech Centre in 1983. In 1984 Robert became Manager of Portland Hospital Audiology, serving as Governor to the Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust until 2008.

Robert has a wide experience in healthcare management and quality audit. He has worked closely with children and adults in establishing successful rehabilitation programmes and the selection of suitable technology to meet client needs.

Catherene McKinney BSc CS RHAD MSHAA

Catherene is a Consultant Clinical Scientist in Audiology, and a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser. She trained in Audiology, Psychology and Speech Therapy and since 1989 has specialised in Audiology as well as Tinnitus and Sound Sensitivity management. Catherene worked for the NHS until 2007 where her experience included clinical and research work with world Tinnitus expert Jonathan Hazell. She also headed the Audiology Department at Guy's and St. Thomas NHS Foundation Trust.

Catherene has a broad range of experience working with individuals with normal hearing, through to the most profound hearing loss, including cochlear implants and other implantable hearing devices.

Linda Cone

Linda is the Mills and McKinney Practice Manager and is fully trained in the maintenance of all hearing instruments. Linda has extensive customer care skills and is able to manage all minor repairs on our 'Walk in Service'. She is able to help you with accessories, hearing instrument ordering and servicing as well as organising appointments, billing and payments.
